I am a recent Stanford graduate with a B.S.H. in Biology with a concentration in Neurobiology and a minor in Psychology. In LOBSU, I am broadly interested in the biological bases of social decision making and parent-offspring communication. I hope to better understand the neural mechanisms underlying how neonates communicate nutritional need to caregivers. I am also committed to promoting diverse, supportive scientific communities and emphasizing the intersection of STEM and social justice.
Originally from San Diego, CA, I love spending my free time outside, especially at the beach. When I'm not in lab, I enjoy dancing, drumming, solving puzzles and crosswords, and crocheting.
