NSF EDGE grant

We received NSF EDGE funding to develop functional genomics technologies in non-xenopus amphibians! We will focus on developing a genome manipulation toolkit for Ranitomeya imitator and Mantella aurantiaca while our collaborators at the University of Chicago will develop these tools in Phyllobates terribilis.

In Year 3, we will have workshops at Stanford and at Universidad de los Andes (Bogota, Colombia) to teach hands-on workshops focusing on genome manipulations and bioinformatics.
